Dear readers, dear friends of the foundation, |
|
In times of escalating climate risks and global inequality, sustainable solutions and effective risk management are more vital than ever. Around the world, communities, institutions, and individuals are stepping up with innovative approaches to build resilience and promote long-term change.
This issue highlights inspiring examples of action: from indigenous youth leading disaster preparedness efforts in Bolivia to community-driven early warning systems in Honduras. We also reflect on insights shared at major international forums, including the Africa Regional Conference on Inclusive Insurance and the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction.
At the heart of each story lies a common thread – the power of inclusive, locally grounded strategies to reduce risk and foster sustainable development. Whether through insurance access, education, or grassroots innovation, these efforts show how knowledge can be turned into meaningful impact.
